What are you going to do:
A fast-paced, collaborative environment of international airports is where you will work. For one of the global powerhouses in fragrances you will be responsible for the Duty Free sales at airports Amsterdam and Dusseldorf. Administrative tasks will be solved from your home office workspace.
- Sell-in: Arrange, negotiate and optimize listings, assortment and placements with your counterparts in procurement of your retail client.
- Sell-out: Be the contact person for the Duty Free retailer’s management and for your Key Account Managers. Spot influencing factors and suggest arrangements and actions to positively influence sell-out.
- Trainings: Organize as well as execute yourself brand trainings and workshops, for promoters beauty consultants and generic staff of retailers.
- Merchandising: Get the applicable approvals of retailers and monitor merchandising activities on-site. Ensure proper display of the products at the point-of-sale with regards to existing merchandising guidelines.
- Beauty Consultants & Promotions: Motivate and lead your team of sales assistants. Select suitable candidates to be added to your BC team at Düsseldorf. Act as an interface between retailer and hostesses during promotional activities at both airports.

- No minimum education required
- Background in retail and customer relations
- Good level of Dutch and English mandatory
- Perfume & Cosmetics experience
- Result-oriented thinking
- Willingness to travel (>30 %)
- Analytical reporting skills
- Microsoft Office capabilities
- Highly self organized
- Place of residence near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport
